Guidance and tutoring activities are organised by the Department’s Guidance and Tutoring Committee.
Each year, the Committee assigns a tutor to every newly enrolled student. Tutors are selected from among the teaching staff of the Degree Programme and support students throughout their academic pathway by providing guidance, assistance and motivation, while encouraging their active participation in the learning process.
Tutoring activities are also intended to help students overcome any obstacles that may affect their successful participation in the Programme, through initiatives tailored to their individual needs, aptitudes and requirements.
Tutoring students enrolled in the Degree Programme forms part of the institutional duties of the teaching staff.
The names of the faculty tutors and their office hours are available on the official website of the Department.
The procedures governing the tutoring service are established by the Department’s Guidance and Tutoring Committee.
